“I’m ENGAGED!”

No matter if you are out to dinner, shopping at the grocery store, or even pumping your gas, when your phone rings, and you look down to see your best friends name (even though you have seen that name 1,000,000 times before ) you KNOW what is coming! You calmly answer the phone to a screaming “I’M ENGAGED!!!!!!!!!” When those precious two words creep out of your best friends mouth it will be the happiest / scariest moment of your day. Take a deep breath because this conversation is going to be packed full of info and really quick – I mean she is a BUSY woman! AND she does have to update her Social Media status!

While the questions: “How much is this going to set me back?”,  “How ugly is the bridesmaid dress going to be?”,  “How many parties am I going to have throw?” swirl through your mind…Compose yourself and ask the following questions: “How did he ask?”, “What does the ring look like?”, “Did you cry?”, “I’m crying”! On the other hand: “Am I in the wedding?”, “What’s his last name?”, “How big is the rock?”, “Are you going to make we wear something ugly?” are common questions that you might not want to ask your newly engaged, emotionally charged up friend…BUT don’t worry – THAT’S WHAT WE ARE HERE FOR!!!
