4 Bridesmaid Dress Brands We Love
As a bridesmaid it’s not everyday that someone asks your opinion or even your perspective. But on the rare occasion you get a voice in choosing the bridesmaid dresses DO NOT hold back!!!
Here are 4 of our favorite options, to make it even easier.
Amsale
This is your tried and true, but never boring, option. Long or short, chiffon, tulle, sequins, jersey or lace. There are 20+ colors to choose from and 36 styles alone in chiffon, you are sure to find a cut that fits every bridesmaids form. Amsale makes it easy to mix and match colors and patterns alike. The Amsale bridesmaids dress is the only one we have actually worn again, giving it an MVP status in our closet. And we’ve done it with TWO separate different dresses!! It would have been 3, but y'all have heard that story before.
BHLDN
If you've ever wanted to live inside an Anthropologie store, BHLDN is the line for you. They even help a sista out by grouping a mix and match color palette, aptly name for a bridesmaid other best friend, flowers. They also claim the dresses are 100% ready to wear again. We are buying it, but you be the judge!
Rent the Runway
If you have the option to suggest "everyone buys their own dress", we can't stress enough the how perfect Rent the Runway can be. Save some cash and be done with it! The one gamble is knowing your size. If you don’t, head to a department store to try on the same dress before you place your order. Then pat yourself on the back for getting the designer threads for less than your average alteration bill.
Jenny Yoo
Another option with a zillion fabric and color choices. They also get bonus points for having real maternity options for your expecting friends. If blues and greens are your thing, take advantage of the #lovetheearth promotion running in April and save yourself and your fellow bridesmaids some cash. You know you'll probably need it for the alterations, or a gift, or the shoes, or the hotel or the… you get it!
