SOOOOO Many Gifts!

There are few certainties in life: Taxes, Death and Dropping A LOT of Money at Weddings! On top of the fact that you have to pay for a bridesmaid dress, showers, a wedding gift, possibly travel and more...you will be invited to one if not multiple wedding showers. As we discussed, there are millions of themes - and some are much easier to buy for than others. AND although the bride should be aware and try not to overlap invites, you may have to buy a few gifts. Once again - get over it...it's not about you! 

Here's where we can help - we have a few gift ideas that will save you some cash and still be meaningful and useful to your blushing bride! 

If you host a shower - that technically SHOULD be your gift, but it's not. You should gather all of the hosts and get a "Host Gift". These are normally larger items - which look great on paper - and you can split it amongst 10+ people. DING DING DING! 

Beyond theme showers - Stock the Bar, Linen Shower, etc... - there are a few classic gifts that never disappoint. Picture Frame, Champagne Glasses, Platters and ANYTHING monogrammed! Slap her new initials on a roll of toilet paper and she will lose it! 

There are also some rogue gift ideas. Spa certificate, Coffee Table Book, Monthly Wine Club, Museum Membership or Tent for Two. 

The best advice we can give you - BUDGET BUDGET BUDGET and stay on registry! They had to endure the pain of making that list, the least you can do is stay the course!
